Looking after your mobility equipment – servicing and repair
If you have recently purchased a mobility scooter or power chair from Life Unlimited, you may be wondering how to maintain and care for your equipment. Our friendly and knowledgeable Life Unlimited Store staff will contact you at the three-month period to ensure you are getting the most from your scooter. This includes checking on how you’re going looking after the battery and storing and maintaining your scooter.
We then recommend a full service within six months of purchasing your mobility scooter or power chair to ensure your vehicle is functioning as it should be. Life Unlimited’s service provider, Mobility Equipment Services, is ready and willing to come to you in most areas across our regions. You will receive a reminder call at the six-month mark to arrange a suitable time for a qualified service technician to visit.

AA Roadside Rescue
All mobility scooters purchased through the Life Unlimited Store will receive 3 years FREE AA Roadside Rescue. It’s one of the 3 bonuses you receive when buying through us.
If for any reason your mobility scooter breaks down while out and about you simply phone the 0800 number on your AA roadside Rescue card and your scooter will be picked up and returned to your home.
