Servicing Mobility Scooters

Looking after your mobility equipment – servicing and repair

If you have recently purchased a mobility scooter or power chair from Life Unlimited, you may be wondering how to maintain and care for your equipment. Our friendly and knowledgeable Life Unlimited Store staff will contact you at the three-month period to ensure you are getting the most from your scooter.  This includes checking on how you’re going looking after the battery and storing and maintaining your scooter.

We then recommend a full service within six months of purchasing your mobility scooter or power chair to ensure your vehicle is functioning as it should be. You will receive a reminder call at the six-month mark to arrange a suitable time for a qualified service technician to visit.

For all mobility scooter servicing or repair enquiries contact 021 370 916 or email.

Life Unlimited is pleased to add to its team Sean Keliher as the mobile service technician for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area. Sean is based out of Hamilton but will spend most of his time out on the road helping clients and will weekly travel to Hamilton, Tauranga and Rotorua. He’s already proven to be a great addition to the team and maintained a number of items for clients. Sean comes to us from a technician position at Life Fitness where he worked on various gym equipment much of which has similar electrical and electronics as the mobility scooters and power chairs.
